The VEP stands for Virtual Elevator Panel, which allows users to control the elevator without touching any button. What you need to do is to place your finger in front of the button on elevator panel around the distance 1 ~ 1.5 cm, and our camera sensor can determine the corresponding location of your finger and identify the floor you want to reach, that means you don’t need to touch any button.
With the AI and depth map technology used to simulate the view of panel, the VEP thus owns a judgement mechanism to deal with the false touch operation. Therefore, the VEP can further avoid the misjudgment caused by other objects approaching. The touchless function fo the elevator button also reduces the spread of germs, thus the VEP can make your elevator ride safely and hygienically.
